Statement on the use of conflict minerals policy

According to the "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" that took effect on July 21, 2010, "conflict minerals" include their derivatives "tungsten, tantalum, tin, and gold". The company supports the goals of this bill and has never contacted the conflict mining industry in the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and will recognize the relevant disclosure requirements of this law for companies listed on the American Stock Exchange.

As a citizen of the world, Ningbo Weilinma Electronics Co., Ltd. hereby declares that it does not accept or use metals from conflict mining areas. At the same time, it also requires our suppliers to:

1Must fulfill social environmental responsibilities.

2、Ensure that lighting products and their parts do not use "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of Congo and surrounding countries and regions.

3Communicate this requirement to your upstream supplier.

Hereby affirm!
